Dan-Zaki The New Sensational Talent

Mudasiru Awudu (21 June 1990), better known by his stage name Dan-Zaki is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter with a diverse musical style mix of hip-hop, reggae dance hall and rap.

Mudasiru Awudu (21 June 1990), better known by his stage name Dan-Zaki is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter with a diverse musical style mix of hip-hop, reggae dance hall and rap. He started doing underground music with his long time friend Bully also known as Luci Mo in a group called ‘Tali-bans’.

After spending several years of hustling together they released several solo single “Ice cream Girl”. Few months later, he collaborated with his Family friend Yussif Maïga who is a professional marketer, a stylist and an event organizer to form an entertainment label called “9Eleven concepts”. “9Eleven concepts” is specialized in events and artiste management under whose auspices he collaborated with Tema based sound Engineer called King One Beats to record and release his hit single titled “Enemies” with a very crafty music video which enjoyed a massive airplay throughout the country.

While growing up, he had the aim of being a professional movie actor. He went on to finish his primary school in Ansarul Islamic School and then to finish his basic education in Aflao Preventive School.

In 2005, his mum became sick leading to the collapse of her business, which means Dan-Zaki must start life on his own as a boy. After struggling in the streets of Aflao for several years and some of the major cities in Ghana like Accra, Kumasi, Tema, Cape Coast and the rest.

After dropping a hit single titled “ENEMIES” featuring Tema based producer King One Beatz and which enjoyed a massive airplay throughout the country. The multi-talented Ghana based Up and coming  Hausa rapper; DAN-ZAKI, is gradually becoming a household name in all four corners of the country most especially ” Volta region” where he’s based. This is his version of the popular RNS cover mastered by Volta based producer Lonely Beatz. Dan-Zaki is a multi-talented young musician with specialties in Dancehall, Afro Pop and Hip-hop (Hausa Rap), who’s promise is to flood his fans with back to back hits with video this year. As well as to sign his name on the map of Ghana & across the world.
